The Secretary, associated with the President as an executive officer, serves under the direction of the Executive Committee and acts as Vice-Chairperson of the Conference Committee. The Secretary reports to the Executive Committee after consultation with the President. He keeps the minutes of Conference Sessions and of the Executive Committee and furnishes copies of such to all members of the committee and to officers of the Caribbean Union Conference. He is also responsible for providing information as may be requested by the President, the Union Committee or local Committee and performs such other duties as pertain to the office.
