The Treasurer – associated with the President as an executive officer, serves under the direction of the Conference Executive Committee. The Treasurer reports to the Conference Committee after consultation with the President. The Treasurer is responsible for providing financial leadership to the organization, which includes, but is not limited to, receiving, safeguarding and disbursing all funds in harmony with the actions of the Executive Committee; remitting all required funds to the Union/Division/General Conference in harmony with the Inter-American Division policy; and providing financial information to the President and to the Executive Committee. The Treasurer also is responsible for furnishing copies of the financial statement to the Caribbean Union officers.
